The PLA 850 filament from Sakata 3D Filaments is manufactured from NatureWorks' Ingeo 3D 850 PLA resin, a biodegradable material specifically designed for 3D printing by the world leader in biopolymers.
It is mainly characterized by its high thermal and mechanical performance, as well as its high crystallization speed, making a significant difference compared to standard PLA, allowing the creation of parts without supports in many cases. It has very low thermal shrinkage, which significantly reduces deformation or “warping” issues and enables parts with excellent resolution.
Due to its high bed adhesion, the PLA 850 filament does not necessarily require a heated bed, although its use is recommended at a temperature between 40ºC and 60ºC.
Ideal for manufacturing prototypes, tooling, and functional parts. It is available in more than 40 colors with high gloss and excellent opacity.
